Yes. Houra’s free plan supports up to 10 employees and requires no credit card. You get access to the core features of Houra Platform — including scheduling, attendance, and employee profiles — so you can run a real team without spending anything. When your team grows beyond 10 employees, you’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan and start your 14-day trial before any charge is applied.
Every paid Houra subscription includes three integrated products:
  • Houra Platform is the core Admin Panel and Employee Portal. It covers employee scheduling, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and all self-service features your team uses day to day.
  • Houra Empleo is the recruitment module. You can post job openings, manage candidate pipelines, collect applications, and move new hires directly into the platform as employees the moment they’re hired.
  • Houra Campus is the built-in learning management system. You can create training programs, assign courses to employees, track completion, and ensure your team has the certifications and skills their roles require.
All three products share the same employee records, so data flows seamlessly between them without any manual re-entry.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you choose at checkout or in Settings → Subscription. Monthly billing charges your saved payment method on the same date each month. Annual billing charges a single payment upfront and gives you a discount equivalent to two free months compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time — the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you continue to have full access to your current plan’s features until that date. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days, giving you time to export anything you need before the workspace is closed.
The free plan supports up to 10 active employees. If you try to add an eleventh employee, Houra will prompt you to start a 14-day free trial on a paid plan. You won’t be charged automatically — you’ll choose a plan, enter payment details, and your trial begins. If you don’t upgrade, your existing 10 employees and their data remain intact and accessible on the free plan.
Yes. The Scale plan includes dedicated onboarding support from the Houra team, who work with you to configure the platform for your specific workflows, import existing employee data, and train your HR team and managers. Empresarial customers receive a fully managed implementation with a named customer success manager.
