What you can do in the portal
The Employee Portal brings together every daily HR task into a single, mobile-first experience:- Clock in and out with a single tap, or by scanning a QR code at your workplace
- View your schedule for the week and get notified the moment anything changes
- Submit requests for vacation, leave, or salary advances and track their status in real time
- Chat with teammates and supervisors without leaving Houra
- Read announcements and scroll through your company’s internal social feed
- Access documents like pay stubs, contracts, and company policies
You log in with the company credentials your HR administrator provides. If you haven’t received them yet, contact your HR team or manager.
Installing the portal on your phone
Because Houra is a PWA, installation takes just seconds — no app store required.Open the portal link
Open the Houra Employee Portal URL your company shared with you in your mobile browser (Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS work best).
Tap 'Add to Home Screen'
On Android, tap the three-dot menu and select Add to Home Screen. On iOS, tap the Share icon and choose Add to Home Screen.
