The Houra Admin Panel is the main workspace where HR managers and administrators run day-to-day operations. From a single interface, you can build employee schedules, track attendance in real time, process payroll, maintain employee records, manage open positions, and keep your entire team connected — without switching between separate tools or spreadsheets. Every module feeds into the others, so the data you enter in one place automatically surfaces where you need it most.

Modules

Each module of the Admin Panel is purpose-built for a specific area of HR. Use the cards below to jump directly to the documentation for any module.

Schedules

Build and publish weekly employee schedules, handle shift-change requests, and let AI suggest optimal assignments by location.

Attendance

Monitor clock-ins and clock-outs live, enable QR-based check-in per location, and export monthly reports.

Employees

Maintain complete employee profiles, visualize your org chart, and manage positions, locations, and access levels.

Payroll

Run salary liquidations, approve advance requests, manage leave types, and keep a full audit trail.

Communication

Send company-wide announcements, use internal chat channels, and centralize documents in one library.

Recruitment

Post job listings, design application forms, manage candidate pipelines, and schedule interviews.

Live Dashboard

When you first open the Admin Panel, you land on the live dashboard — a real-time snapshot of what’s happening across your organization right now. The dashboard surfaces three key areas at a glance:
  • Attendance status — See who has clocked in, who is late, and who is absent for the current day without navigating away.
  • Pending tasks — Salary advances awaiting approval, shift-change requests, and other items that require your action are surfaced here so nothing slips through.
  • Punctuality metrics — Track your team’s on-time rate for the day, week, or custom period to spot patterns early.
Bookmark the Admin Panel dashboard as your browser’s start page so you always open Houra with a full situational picture of your team.
The dashboard updates in real time. You do not need to refresh the page to see the latest clock-in events or newly submitted requests.
