# Houra Campus: Team Training and Learning Management
> Houra Campus is an integrated LMS for creating courses, maintaining internal wikis, and issuing digital certificates — all connected to your HR data.
Houra Campus is the learning management module built directly into Houra, giving your HR team and employees a single place to create courses, share internal knowledge, and recognize learning achievements. Because Campus is connected to the same platform you use for attendance, payroll, and people management, training data flows naturally into your HR reports — no extra integrations, no separate tools.
## What you can do with Campus
Campus covers the full learning lifecycle for your organization. As an HR admin, you can build structured courses with lessons and assessments, organize internal procedures in a searchable wiki, and automatically award digital certificates when employees complete their training. Employees access everything from the **Employee Portal** app — on mobile or desktop — without needing to log in to a separate system.
Create lessons and assessments, assign training by role or location, and track every employee's progress in real time.
Build an internal knowledge base with editable pages organized by category — always up to date and accessible from any device.
Automatically issue digital certificates on course completion, visible on each employee's profile and exportable for audits.

## How Campus connects to Houra
Campus is not a standalone tool — it is a module within the Houra ecosystem. This means:
* **Employee data is always in sync.** When you add a new employee or change their role, their learning assignments and progress records update automatically.
* **Admins work from the Admin Panel.** You create courses, manage the wiki, and review metrics in the same panel you use for the rest of HR operations.
* **Employees stay in their portal.** Your team accesses courses and wiki pages from the Employee Portal app they already use for payslips, requests, and time tracking.
* **Reports are unified.** Learning data — completions, certificates, time spent — appears alongside your other HR metrics so you can make decisions with the full picture.
